I am a former academic and higher education administrator who worked with students and young professionals in a number of capacities. As an academic advisor leading the TRIO McNair Scholars Program, to a faculty member teaching students inside and outside the classroom, to leading offices and programs where I had to develop staff, my mentoring has many hats.

If you are a BIPOC student or young professional under the age of 35 looking for mentoring services I do offer mentoring on a case-by-case basis. At this time I do charge for mentoring services, and as I am able to secure funding I will be able to offer no cost options in the future. If you are using professional development funds this would fall under that category.
